Forest Bathing for Groups & Organizations
Guided nature experiences designed to help people slow down, reconnect, and experience the natural world together.
Forest bathing is not a hike, class, or nature tour. It is a slow, guided experience centered on sensory awareness, curiosity, and connection with the natural world.
Through a series of simple invitations, participants are given opportunities to slow down, notice their surroundings, and explore their relationship with the landscape. There is no pressure to feel or accomplish anything in particular. The guide creates the structure for the experience while allowing each participant to discover what emerges naturally.

What to Expect
Each experience unfolds slowly through a series of sensory invitations. Participants may spend time noticing movement, sound, texture, light, or their own relationship with a particular place.
There is no destination to reach and no particular outcome participants are expected to achieve. The terrain and format are selected to keep the experience accessible to a wide range of participants.
The experience concludes with a simple tea gathering, creating an opportunity to reflect and share before returning to everyday life.
Plan a Private Experience
Tell me a little about your organization or group, the number of participants, and what you are hoping to create. We can then determine the location, timing, and format that best fit your group.
Try the Experience
Curious about forest bathing? Join a complimentary public walk.
Our community walks offer an opportunity to experience forest bathing firsthand before arranging a private experienceโor simply to spend intentional time in nature.
The same basic practice used in private experiences is offered in a small public group: slow movement, sensory invitations, periods of individual exploration, opportunities to share, and a concluding tea gathering.

This is a slow-paced forest bathing experience rather than a hike. There is no destination and no need to cover a particular distance. Through gentle invitations, you’ll have opportunities to awaken your senses, quiet some of the usual mental noise, and notice the subtle rhythms of the landscape around you.
The walk concludes with a simple tea ceremony and an opportunity to reflect on the experience.
Registration is free, but space is limited. If your plans change, please let me know so your spot can be offered to someone else.
