My guided walks are designed to help you connect with nature in a simple, direct way. Instead of treating nature as something to visit or observe, we approach it as a relationship. Through a series of easy, sensory invitations, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, notice your surroundings, and experience how you and the natural world interact. There’s no pressure to feel a certain way—the guide is there to facilitate, while the experience emerges naturally between you and the environment.
